Where can I get service and repair?

Your new machine will be fully tested before it leaves our facility but in the event something goes wrong after your warranty has expired any sewing machine repair shop will be able to help you. All of the parts are readily available and they will probably have the most common ones in stock. Should your local service person not be able to locate the part needed we will always be happy to get it for you.

Approximately how many stitches per minute will the machine sew?

We really don't have the equipment to count the stitches per minute. The 1.5AMP motor will run at 9000RPM and the machine will sew faster than I would personally quilt.

It can be set up at 6, 8, 10 or 12 feet. The width is determined by the length of the strut you supply so you can make it as big as you have room for. The price includes 10 feet of track which will give you 109 inches of quilting space.
